In February, Aspira students had the opportunity to participate in the EMCup – European Mise en Place Cup competition in Maastricht, Netherlands! EMCup is the largest student competition among hospitality management universities in Europe.
Accompanied by professor Josip Radić and dean Alen Jerkunica, the students represented Aspira University of Applied Sciences among more than 70 tourism and hospitality corporations and their representatives. EMCup is a premier competition that connects students and industry professionals in tourism, management, and hospitality, providing a platform for learning, networking, growth, and development.
Aspira students returned to Split with awards in the prestigious Networking category.
