We are looking forward to sharing the great news – Aspira proudly received the Charter for a special contribution to education and promotion of quality, which refers to educational activities related to quality and quality management systems, publishing activities, organizing professional and/or scientific meetings, social contribution and international reputation.
The award was received on behalf of the Aspira by dean Alen Jerkunica and Petra Mandac, Vice Dean for International Cooperation, who also gave a short presentation on the institution’s international development and social contribution.
The Croatian Association for Quality is an organization that has been operating for almost half a century. Throughout all the years of their activity, they actively worked to promote quality in all segments of society, including education as an important factor in Croatia’s development.
– From the very foundation of Aspira until today, our main mission and guiding thread has been the development of young, quality people to whom we will give knowledge that will improve them, but also the society in which we live. This award is a kind of confirmation of the quality of our work and is only an additional motivation for us to achieve our goals, bearing in mind the constant improvement of quality, commented the dean of Aspira Alen Jerkunica on receiving the award.
The quality of education is an important part of the development of the whole society, and therefore education is under the special attention of the Croatian Society for Quality.
– This prestigious award confirms our commitment to excellence, continuous improvement and dedication to quality in education. Through consistent practice of high standards, we provide students with an education that prepares them for the challenges of the modern world, added the dean.
The quality charter testifies to Aspira’s continuous effort to align with the best global practices and meet the expectations of students, professors and partners, i.e. employers.
– This recognition is a great wind at our backs to continue improving the experience of our students and continue to build bridges towards a future enriched with knowledge and innovation. We thank the Croatian Association for Quality for this honor and we will continue with our dedicated work to justify this recognition, the dean concluded.
