Students from our university recently took part in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Skills, Startups and Sustainability: Building Your Global Career in the Digital Age”, hosted by Radom Academy of Economics in Radom, Poland.
The programme brought together students from several European partner universities to develop essential career-management, digital, and intercultural skills. Through interactive workshops, mentoring sessions, and international teamwork, participants explored topics such as personal branding, CV development, startup culture, sustainability, and career opportunities in the global labour market.
The intensive week provided an excellent opportunity for our students to collaborate with peers from different countries, gain valuable professional insights, and strengthen their confidence in pursuing international career paths.
Participation in this Erasmus+ BIP further reflects our university’s commitment to internationalisation, student mobility, and the development of skills needed for success in an increasingly digital and interconnected world.
