Nikica Šupek from the Amisson Group held an interactive workshop on Quality in the Hotel Industry on May 20th. Through discussion, a quiz, and practical examples, students explored key factors of service quality in the hotel sector, the TQM approach, ISO standards, auditing, as well as ESG concepts and sustainability. The workshop was part of the first year of the Master’s program in Hotel and Tourism Management at Aspira in Split, designed to equip students with practical knowledge and skills for modern tourism management.
