A decade-long tradition of connecting students and employers, where you can find all the information you need
Split, April 15 | Zagreb, April 16 – At a time of growing interest in study programs that effectively align with labor market needs, Aspira University of Applied Sciences proudly announces the 10th anniversary of its Career Day—an event that has become an essential bridge between students and employers.
Career Day 2025 will begin at 10:30 AM and take place on April 15 at the Split campus (Mike Tripala 6), and on April 16 at the Zagreb campus (Heinzelova 62a), bringing together numerous employers, professionals, and future experts from the fields of tourism, gastronomy, IT, and sports.
The goal of this event is to ease students’ transition into the labor market by directly connecting them with partner employers, providing opportunities for internships, and offering insight into the latest industry trends through panel discussions and lectures.
As part of the program, students will have the opportunity to attend panels that will address topics crucial to their future and career development.
The panel discussion in Split will be held under the title “Experience as the Key to Success: How to Build a Career from Scratch?”, while the Zagreb panel will focus on “Stories that Sell: The Power of Branding in Business.”
Following the expert program, one-on-one meetings with employers will take place. This unique opportunity allows students to secure internships and build professional connections with key figures from leading companies in tourism, sports, gastronomy, and the IT industry.
For ten years now, Aspira’s Career Day has been continuously contributing to youth employability and the development of cooperation between academia and the business sector, reaffirming its role as a key stakeholder in the education and career guidance of future professionals. This year, the event expects the participation of many renowned partners and employers who actively contribute to creating real career opportunities for students.
