University College Aspira, represented by Dean Alen Jerkunica, signed a cooperation agreement with Metro Cash & Carry Hrvatska, represented by its CEO Imre Horváth.
This agreement represents the best possible synergy between education and economy. It marks the beginning of a successful collaboration between two partners who have so much to offer – Aspira and Metro.
We will work together on a common goal, improving knowledge in the field of gastronomy and the entire hospitality industry – said Alen Jerkunica, Dean of Aspira. This will enable Aspira’s students of Gastronomy to cook with the highest quality ingredients, but also to get acquainted with the process of purchasing goods – from the manufacturer to the end consumer.
In addition, the partners will collaborate on the exchange of ideas and joint projects. Imre Horváth pointed out that he was proud to be partners with this higher education institution and emphasized the importance of top Croatian gastronomy in Europe and around the world.
We look forward to a successful and long-term cooperation!
