Description and goal of the project:

The project includes the procurement of an integrated software solution for managing the company’s operations (ERP), the procurement of a control system for entering classrooms with records of student attendance and working time records, the procurement of a software tool for simulation, evaluation and analysis in classes, the procurement of a specialist tool for video conferencing, the procurement of related computer, communication and other network equipment and devices, as well as employee education, which will improve the company’s business processes, create an efficient organization of the work flow and increase the competitiveness of the company.

The target groups of the project are employees, users of services (students), partners and suppliers and the general public, and the implementation of all project activities will enable the connection and improvement of 12 business processes.

 

Total value of the project: HRK 717,115.00; Amount co-financed by the EU: HRK 315,594.50

Project implementation period: 27.08.2019. – 27.02.2021.
