Our student Ana Bakalar has achieved a major sporting success as a member of ŽNK Hajduk Split, which this season made history by winning its first-ever Croatian league title!
With this outstanding result, the Hajduk players brought the first championship trophy in the club’s history into their trophy cabinet and secured qualification for the UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifiers, which will also be played at Poljud next autumn. This historic season will be remembered in golden letters in the club’s history, and it is especially meaningful that our student Ana is part of this great success.
The new Croatian champions ended the season with a big victory over Dinamo, after which celebrations followed at Poljud. A large number of fans gathered near the themed park to welcome their heroines and celebrate this historic title together.
We sincerely congratulate Ana on her dedication, sportsmanship, and the great success she has achieved with her team. We are proud to have top-level athletes among our students who, through their work, discipline, and results, set a true example for young people.
