The most famous dish of Japan, which has spread throughout the world, has also conquered Croatia. One of the most renowned representatives of sushi making in Croatia is Mladen Križanović, who will hold a masterclass at the Aspira Polytechnic in Zagreb on December 4 starting at 5 p.m. and in Split on December 11 at the same time.
As a unique asset, Chef Križanović brings many years of experience in various categories of sushi production and serving, working from supermarket sushi industrial sushi production to catering and a la carte restaurants. Also, since 2018, he is the proud owner of the Tokyo Sushi Academy certificate, and today, he works as a production manager in the most extensive sushi restaurant chain in Croatia. Transferring knowledge to others is a pleasure for him, considering he also works as a lecturer at popular sushi workshops.
The number of participants in this masterclass is limited, so only a few of the fastest will have the opportunity to learn all the secrets of preparing this dish with the mentorship of a famous chef for only 70 euros. The masterclass will last 4 hours, and participants will perfect their skills in making hoso maki, ura maki, futo maki, and nigiri sushi.
