A masterclass for all those interested in street food will be held on February 19 in Split, starting at 4:00 p.m. at the Aspira. Anyone interested in learning about food, has new business ideas, likes socializing, or wants to perfect the making of some of the world’s street food successes will undoubtedly enjoy four hours of cooking with chef Nikša Boban.
Street food dishes are guided by the philosophy of simplicity, practicality, and above all, taste, which chef Boban will demonstrate during the afternoon gathering at Aspira through the example of a burger for which he will prepare special buns and ribs. After the flavors typical of America, you will fly across the ocean and learn how to prepare gyoza and spring rolls as two successful street food cultures of Asia.
Throughout his rich career, chef Boban worked in hotels such as Le Meridien Lav and Park, Aci marina in Milna, but also led the successful food delivery project “Daj yst”. He is currently imparting his knowledge to future culinary stars at Aspira and therefore has further developed teaching skills.
