Goran Morović, the creator of this wonderful project and story, was a guest at the Aspira University College and shared his story with the students of Management in Hospitality and Tourism. Starting from the olive grove he inherited from his parents, all the way to the exceptional architectural and construction achievement conceived by academician Nikola Bašić. Although Goran says it will never become a hotel, Villa Nai 3.3. belongs to the prestigious association The Leading Hotels of the World. Nai 3.3. fits perfectly into the landscape of the island and the microlocation inside the olive groves and special attention is paid to just about every detail. Such lectures provide students with the opportunity to broaden their horizons, think outside the box and create critical thinking, as well as thinking about independent entrepreneurial ventures.
