Workshops for teachers and associates are organized every year by the Quality Assurance and Improvement Unit. The aim of the workshops is to strengthen knowledge and skills, as well as to upgrade them.
On Tuesday, 8th of June a workshop with the following topics was held at Aspira College in Zagreb:
- Sociocentric and pedocentic approaches to the teaching process
- Comprehensibility of expression in teaching
- Characteristics of intelligibility in teacher expression
- Review and judgment of one’s own work
The activities within the workshop were the following:
- Getting to know the participants and sharing experiences of their own education
- Experience of the “best” lesson
- Segments of the teaching process observed through the prism of sociocentric and pedocentric point of view
- Characteristics of intelligibility
- Work on text for each individual feature
- Quiz
- Improving comprehensibility in certain categories
- Didactic game
- Review and judgment of one’s own work
