European Tourism Day (ETD) will take place on 26 January 2026 in Brussels, bringing together key stakeholders, policymakers, and experts from across the European tourism sector. The event is organised by the European Commission and will be held as a high-level, one-day, in-person meeting, with the possibility for additional participants to follow the programme via live web streaming.
European Tourism Day 2026 will focus on current challenges and future opportunities for tourism in Europe, providing a platform for dialogue, exchange of best practices, and discussion on sustainable, digital, and resilient tourism development.
