Students of Aspira University of Applied Sciences once again demonstrated that learning at Aspira goes far beyond the classroom. As part of the Event Management course, students independently designed and delivered the Christmas Music Quiz & Karaoke, an event that combined festive atmosphere, entertainment, and hands-on learning.
The main objective of the event was to apply theoretical knowledge of event planning and management in a real-life setting — from concept development and program design to promotion, logistics, execution, and post-event evaluation.

From Concept to Execution – Students Took Full Responsibility
The Christmas Music Quiz & Karaoke was created as an interactive format that encouraged participation, teamwork, and a relaxed, festive environment. Students were responsible for all key aspects of the event, including:
-
developing the event concept and storyline
-
designing the quiz and karaoke program
-
coordinating technical requirements and participants
-
managing communication and event promotion
Through this project, students strengthened their organizational, communication, and creative skills while gaining valuable experience under real working conditions — a key advantage of studying at Aspira.

Aspira – Where Students Create, Not Just Learn
The Christmas Music Quiz & Karaoke once again confirmed Aspira’s commitment to student engagement, creativity, and experiential learning. Through real-world projects, students do not just learn how events are managed — they create them, from the initial idea to successful execution.
