The zero waste philosophy is increasingly prevalent in everyday life and gastronomy. As part of the show, Dobro jutro Hrvatska, Aspira student Vanja Uzelac presented two recipes for best-use food.
In the show, she prepared recipes from foods already used, such as oatmeal that was used for breakfast and reused.
As the second dish, she presented how to reuse potato salad for a new dish.
Everyone who watched the show got new ideas on implementing the zero waste philosophy.
