Sandra Brborović, a lecturer in the Revenue Management course at the Aspira University of Applied Sciences, actively participated in professional development and the enhancement of teaching competencies. She received an official invitation to take part in the international training “Coaching Skills for Teachers, School and Adult Education Staff,” which was held from April 27 to May 3, 2025, in Palermo, Italy.
The training was organized by the Erasmus Learning Academy (ELA) as part of the Erasmus+ programme. During the seven-day programme, participants gained valuable skills in the field of educational coaching, conflict management, socio-emotional learning, and providing constructive feedback.
Participation in such international programmes further confirms Aspira University of Applied Sciences’ commitment to continuously improving teaching methods and providing high-quality support to students, thereby contributing to the overall enhancement of educational standards.
