The conference proceedings contain both scientific and professional papers. Submitted manuscripts will initially be evaluated by the Program Committee. Those considered as suitable for the conference proceedings will undergo double blind review by two anonymous and independent reviewers who do not belong to the same institution as the authors. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the open-access Modern Aspirations conference proceedings.
