Split, June 30 \u2013 July 4, 2025 \u2013 The third international Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) titled “Marketing & Event Synergy” was held at Aspira University of Applied Sciences, once again bringing together students and professors from various European countries in the spirit of collaboration, creativity, and knowledge-sharing.
\nThe Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) is a form of Erasmus+ mobility that combines a short physical stay with a prior or subsequent online component. It is designed to foster international cooperation, skill development, and knowledge exchange through teamwork and project-based learning.
\nThe programme gathered a total of 33 participants \u2013 students and professors from partner institutions in Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, and Greece \u2013 who, alongside hosts from Croatia, took part in a variety of educational and practical activities.
\nDuring the five-day programme, participants had the opportunity to develop their own event concepts in a real team environment \u2013 from the initial idea to concrete visuals and final presentations. The programme was designed as a blend of theory and practice, aiming to give students insight into the full process of event organization, with a strong emphasis on marketing and team dynamics.
\nThrough interactive workshops, lectures, and group work, students and their mentors went through all key phases:
\n\u2022 Developing the event’s goal and concept
\n\u2022 Conducting a SWOT analysis
\n\u2022 Defining the budget and realistic financial frameworks
\n\u2022 Targeting the audience and creating a customer persona
\n\u2022 Designing the visual identity and promotional materials
\nThe final day of the programme was reserved for student project presentations before a professional jury that evaluated the innovation, feasibility, and marketing potential of the proposed ideas.
\nIn addition to the educational segment, participants also took the time to get to know each other, exchange experiences, and enjoy the beautiful summer atmosphere of Split. The working environment was highly stimulating, while the social activities were relaxed and cheerful, fostering new friendships and international connections that will surely last beyond the programme.
\nThe organizers from Aspira University of Applied Sciences expressed pride in successfully delivering the third BIP programme and announced that such forms of international cooperation and practical education will remain an important part of Aspira\u2019s educational strategy.<\/p>\n
