The aim of the program was to introduce students to the Croatian hospitality and tourism industry through educational lectures, hands-on workshops, and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"774\"><strong data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"417\">The first day<\/strong> focused on hotel management, where students learned through simulations about hotel structure, the role of a manager, front desk operations, and conflict resolution among staff. A highlight of the program was a field trip to the <strong data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"675\">Hilton DoubleTree Zagreb<\/strong>, where participants gained firsthand insight into the standards of high-category hotel operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"1302\"><strong data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"798\">On the second day,<\/strong> the focus shifted to banquet organization and Croatian culinary heritage. Through workshops and practical tasks, students planned and carried out formal dinner simulations and learned about specialties from various Croatian regions. The day also featured a collaboration with the renowned <strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1106\">Lisak Catering<\/strong>, which shared its expertise in preparing and executing high-level events.
