Passport copy<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Certificate of citizenship or appropriate proof of citizenship (ID card copy)<\/li>\n<li>Birth certificate (in English language)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>4.A\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Educational documents for Undergraduate Study:<br \/>\n1. diplomas of completed secondary level of education in the original language<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 diplomas of completed secondary level of education in English or Croatian language,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>certified by an authorized institution<\/p>\n<p>4.B\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Educational documents for Graduate Study:<br \/>\n1. Undergraduate diploma (bachelor&#8217;s degree) in the original language<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\u00a0 Undergraduate diploma (bachelor&#8217;s degree) in English or Croatian, certified by an<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>authorized institution<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\u00a0 Transcript of records in English or Croatian, certified by an authorized institution<br \/>\n5. Proof of English proficiency (unless prior education was in English)<\/li>\n<li>CV and Motivation letter<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The required documents should be sent by e-mail to International Relations Office at <a href=\"mailto:maja.drvis@aspira.hr\">josip.radic@aspira.hr<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 3:<\/strong> After reviewing the application, within 3 working days, ASPIRA arranges <strong>the admission test interview<\/strong> with the applicant via Skype. The purpose of the interview is to discuss competencies, skills and motivation for the study.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 4:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Following the successful interview, within 3 working days,\u00a0 ASPIRA will e-mail <strong>Conditional Offer Letter<\/strong> to the applicant, stating that he has been offered a place in the study program on the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Condition:<\/strong> Recognition of qualification attesting the completion of secondary education by the Education and Teacher Training Agency\/ Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education within the Croatian Ministry of Education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Condition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application fee of<strong> \u20ac300<\/strong> (non-refundable administrative charge) to be paid within 5 working days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 5:\u00a0<\/strong> For Undergraduate Study, ASPIRA coordinates <strong>diploma recognition procedure<\/strong> with the appropriate government agencies.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Education and Teacher Training Agency \u2013 recognition of qualifications attesting the completion of secondary education by Education and Teacher Training Agency<\/li>\n<li>b) Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education \u2013 recognition of qualifications attesting the completion of vocational secondary school programs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The undergraduate candidates are required to apply for the recognition procedure at <a href=\"http:\/\/pikaso.asoo.hr\/EN\/index.html\">http:\/\/pikaso.asoo.hr\/EN\/index.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For Graduate Study, recognition procedure for is done by ASPIRA in cooperation with the Agency for Science and Higher Education.<\/p>\n<p>Note: the application fee (300 EUR) is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 6<\/strong>: In case academic recognition of foreign qualification is positive, ASPIRA will send <strong>Admission Letter <\/strong>to the applicant, which is a letter supporting the application for a student visa stating that the College has received evidence that you have met academic and financial conditions of offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 7<\/strong>: ASPIRA issues <strong>Study Contract<\/strong> to the applicant, stating student and university&#8217;s rights and obligations and financial requirements. A deposit is to be paid in the amount of <strong>the annual tuition fee<\/strong> in case of successful secondary qualification recognition by the Croatian Ministry of Education and before visa application. The deposit is refundable only if you are unsuccessful in your student visa application. Upon completion, graduates acquire, according to the provisions of the Bologna Process, 180 ECTS credits.<\/p>\n<p>The Graduate Study lasts for 2 years (4 semesters). Upon completion, graduates acquire, according to the provisions of the Bologna Process, 120 ECTS credits.<\/p>\n<p>The academic year is divided into two semesters: October to March (Winter Term) and March to July (Summer Term), with no academic activity from mid July to mid September.<\/p>\n<h2>Student intake and application submission<\/h2>\n<p>There are 2 (two) intakes of students per academic year \u2013 Summer Term (March start) and Winter Term (October start)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline for application submissions: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For Summer Term \u2013 1st December<\/p>\n<p>For Winter Term \u2013 1st May<\/p>\n<p>All applications must be submitted by <strong>e-mail<\/strong>.
