The program is intended for those who want to engage in sales business or are already in it but want to improve the skills and knowledge they possess. Due to the opening of new markets in Croatia and dispersal of old ones into different directions of the European market, there is an increasing demand for sales managers that directly affects the labor market. This program not only allows professional training in sales to the benefit of existing employers, but also enables unemployed people to requalify for the new position and become sales managers in the field of sales management, business communication and marketing for the purpose of employment in a sales company or the purpose of starting their own business.

COMPETENCES ACQUIRED BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM

  2. Identify the characteristics and the specifics of the product in order to make better marketing placement decisions
  3. Distinguish strategies and tactics of business negotiations
  4. Identify consumer characteristics and patterns of behavior
  5. Communicate in an appropriate manner
  6. Apply safety rules at work

CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAM:

  • SELLING PROCESSES – personal sales principles, sales department organization, sales staff training, sales team management, controlling…
  • MARKETING DECISIONS ON PRODUCT / SERVICE – product features decisions, new product development – basic phases of development, lifecycle of the product on the market…
  • RESEARCH AND SEGMENTING THE MARKET – methods and application of market research, process and market segmentation variables…
  • DISTRIBUTIVE CHANNELS AND SALES METHODS  – customer pre-contact stage, access and initial contact, telephone and internet sales, presentation of goods / services, response to customer’s remarks, conclusion of sales
  • CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR – stages of the consumer behavior process, consumer characteristics, behavioral patterns of organizational consumer
  • PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS – the art of communicating and conducting dialogue, the proper use of voice and intonation (exercises), the presentation structure, timing, active listening skills, nonverbal communication, interference and noise in communication channels, communication conflicts and their resolution
  • BUSINESS NEGOTIATIONS – business negotiation strategies, analysis of negotiating tactics

The final exam consists of making a business-sales plan which includes:

  • Marketing decisions on the product / service
  • Sales methods
  • Presentation of the product / service

After successfully completing the final exam, the participants are issued a certificate of training for Sales Manager.

REQUIRED ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS

Documents required for enrollment are: a copy of the ID or national identity card, the birth certificate, the last degree of education, the small photograph and the PIN.

ENTRY INTO EMPLOYMENT RECORD BOOK

The program is verified by the Ministry of Science and Education and upon completion it is entered into the electronic employment record book.
